Process & Booking
- 1.) Contact & Inquire:
- Customers reach out (via phone, social media, ect.) with details about their project, types of waste, amount and their location.
- We have a conversation about what they need and confirm our dumpster sizes fit their needs and how long of a rental period they need.
- We will provide a transparent quote stating rental fee, potential overcharges, and any delivery fees.
- Once the quote is accepted, we will schedule a delivery date and time that works for them.
- We will collect payment upfront via Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, cashapp and check.
- We will send a confirmation text or email with details (delivery date/time, dumpster size, total cost, and their contact information.)
- We will deliver the dumpster on time and place it in the agreed-upon location, ensuring its safe and accessible.
- We will be available to answer any questions they have during the rental period.
- We will pick up the dumpster to haul away based on the package that they chose, if they need extra time, they will have to contact us to see if the dumpster will still be available for another day of rent.
- IF there were any overage charges we would send a final invoice with a clear explanation.
- We will follow up with them to ensure they are satisfied with our services and ask for feedback to improve our business.
